Welcome to Low Slow Mod Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Low Slow Mod Co. website and the purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").

Submitting an order does not create a binding contract until the order has been accepted by Low Slow Mod Co.

Where payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will receive a full refund.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Although we take care to ensure pricing is accurate, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious pricing error exists, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.
5. Payment
Payment must be successfully received before an order will be dispatched.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Low Slow Mod Co. does not store complete payment card information.
6. Product Availability
Stock availability shown on the website is indicative only.
Occasionally inventory discrepancies may occur.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase we may:
- offer an alternative;
- delay shipment with your approval;
- partially fulfil the order;
- cancel and refund the unavailable item.
7. Product Design & Continuous Improvement
Low Slow Mod Co. continually improves its products through ongoing development and testing.
Accordingly, we reserve the right to modify product designs, dimensions, hardware, materials, colours, manufacturing methods, finishes, packaging or specifications without prior notice.
Product photographs, renders and installation images are intended as representative examples only.
Minor cosmetic differences between website images and supplied products may occur and do not constitute defects provided the product performs its intended purpose.
The release of revised or improved versions after purchase does not entitle previous customers to upgrades, exchanges or refunds.
8. 3D Printed Products
Many Low Slow Mod Co. products are manufactured using advanced additive manufacturing (3D printing).
Customers acknowledge that minor cosmetic characteristics including:
- layer lines;
- slight surface texture;
- witness marks;
- support removal marks;
- manufacturing artefacts;
are a normal part of the manufacturing process.
These characteristics do not affect product performance and are not considered manufacturing defects.
9. Product Compatibility
Products are designed for the applications stated on each product page.
Compatibility information is based on factory equipment and original manufacturer specifications available at the time of design.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with products that have been modified, repaired or fitted with aftermarket components from other manufacturers.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
If unsure, please contact us prior to ordering.
10. Installation
Unless otherwise stated, products are intended to be installed by persons with suitable mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
Customers are responsible for:
- correct installation;
- ensuring all fasteners are properly tightened;
- confirming safe operation before use;
- periodically inspecting installed products.
Low Slow Mod Co. accepts no responsibility for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation, misuse or modification.
11. Electrical Products
Electrical products must only be operated within their specified voltage and current ratings.
Warranty does not extend to damage caused by:
- reverse polarity;
- incorrect wiring;
- water ingress;
- excessive current;
- incorrect voltage;
- misuse;
- modification;
- accidental damage.
12. Intended Use
Products must only be used for their intended purpose.
Customers who modify, machine, drill, paint, glue, cut or otherwise alter products do so entirely at their own risk.
Any modification that contributes to a fault may void warranty coverage where permitted by law.
13. Product Photography
Every effort is made to accurately represent products.
Colours, finishes and appearance may vary due to:
- screen settings;
- photography;
- lighting;
- material batches;
- manufacturing improvements.
Product photographs are illustrative and should not be relied upon as an exact representation of every cosmetic detail.
14. Shipping
Dispatch timeframes are estimates only.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Once goods have been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery time is outside our reasonable control.

15. Returns & Warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
Where a product is returned for assessment, Low Slow Mod Co. reserves the right to inspect and test the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
If inspection determines that the reported fault resulted from misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accidental damage or normal wear and tear, the warranty claim may be declined.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
16. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Low Slow Mod Co. reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.
We may:
- verify customer identity;
- record product serial or batch numbers;
- photograph products before dispatch;
- refuse suspicious transactions;
- decline returns that do not comply with our policies.
Fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
17. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property appearing on this website remains the exclusive property of Low Slow Mod Co. unless otherwise stated.

18. Third-Party Brands & Trademarks
References to third-party brands, product names and model numbers are provided solely to describe compatibility.
Low Slow Mod Co. is an independent manufacturer of aftermarket accessories and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by any third-party manufacturer unless expressly stated.
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Low Slow Mod Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:
- product installation;
- product use;
- delayed delivery;
- business interruption;
- loss of profits;
- loss of data;
- loss of opportunity;
- incompatibility resulting from customer modifications.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
20. Force Majeure
Low Slow Mod Co. is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- bushfires;
- floods;
- pandemics;
- industrial action;
- supplier shortages;
- transport disruptions;
- government restrictions;

22. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
