Shipping policy

At Low Slow Mod Co., we know you're keen to get your upgrades installed and your smoker back in action. We work hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality our products are known for.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of payment being received.

Many orders ship sooner, however during busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products are manufactured or assembled to order.

Where a product has a longer lead time, this will be clearly stated on the product page. If an unexpected delay occurs, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may hold the order until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services selected based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are outside our control.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping on selected products.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Low Slow Mod Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be affected by:

  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier network delays
  • Regional or remote delivery locations
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience if delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where required, we may ask for photographs of the packaging and contents to assist with a freight claim.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Authority to Leave

Some parcels may be delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL), responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered in accordance with the carrier's delivery confirmation.

Low Slow Mod Co. cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed under an Authority to Leave instruction.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within our normal processing timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide an update.
