Built by Someone Who Loves Great Barbecue
Low Slow Mod Co. started for the same reason many great products do: frustration.
After spending countless hours cooking on gravity-fed smokers, it became obvious that the factory setup wasn't always designed by people who spend entire weekends chasing the perfect brisket. Small annoyances added up—awkward controller placement, accessories that didn't quite fit, and parts that could be made better.
Instead of accepting "good enough," we started designing our own solutions.
What began as a few improvements for our own smoker quickly turned into products that friends, family and other barbecue enthusiasts wanted too. Before long, Low Slow Mod Co. was born.
Today our focus is simple: design premium upgrades that make cooking easier, cleaner and more enjoyable.
