Placing a tray directly on your cooking grate takes up space that could be used for brisket, ribs or sides. These brackets position it underneath your food, where it can catch grease and drippings without getting in the way.

What trays are compatible?

The holder is designed to work with standard disposable aluminium foil trays that fit between the brackets. Full-size catering trays are not required—most supermarket or BBQ supply foil trays of the appropriate size work perfectly.

Each bracket is precision laser cut and formed from high-quality stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability in the high-temperature environment of your smoker.
